NEW BOARD FOR THE CENTRAL FEDERATION OF FINNISH REAL ESTATE AGENCIES

The Central Federation of Finnish Real Estate Agencies elected a new Board in the annual general meeting of the Federation on 23 April 2009 in Helsinki.

The new Chairman of the Board is the Regional Director of Kiinteistömaailma, Mr Markku Välimäki, and his personal deputy is the Managing Director and CEO of Kiinteistömaailma, Mr Tommi Rytkönen. The other members of the Board are the Real Estate Brokerage Director of OP, Mr Kenneth Sandberg, whose personal deputy is the Senior Vice President of OP, Mr Mikko Hyttinen; Regional Director of Realia Group, Ms Merja Siivonen, whose personal deputy is the Managing Director and CEO of Realia Group, Mr Risto Kyhälä and the Managing Director and CEO of The Finnish Association of Real Estate Agents, Ms Jaana Anttila-Kangas, whose personal deputy is the Chairman of The Finnish Association of Real Estate Agents, Ms Auli Niskanen.

In the first meeting of the new Board Mr Kenneth Sandberg was elected the Vice Chairman of the Federation.

Mr Jukka Malila carries on as the Managing Director and CEO of the Federation.
