The Central Federation of Finnish Real Estate Agencies (KVKL) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) have agreed on bilateral cooperation

The Central Federation of Finnish Real Estate Agencies (KVKL) and NAR (National Association of Realtors) from USA have recently signed a significant Bilateral Cooperating Agreement. The cooperation creates possibilities to the members of KVKL to work on an international level. The members will also obtain practical tools for education and professional work.

”The Cooperating Agreement is an important new possibility to the members of KVKL. Our partner is the widest and strongest real estate organization in the world that has impressive resources. We expect a lot from our cooperation and we will utilize it in practice already this year”, the CEO and Managing Director of KVKL, Mr Jukka Malila, characterizes the beginning of the cooperation.

NAR is the "Voice of Real Estate" in USA. NAR is currently the largest trade organization in the United States with one million two hundred thousand members.

NAR is one of the strongest advocates for Americans when it comes to influencing the United States Congress. “You could say that today housing legislation is not enacted in the USA without NAR’s input on it”, Mr Malila tells about the significance of KVKL’s new partner.

Perhaps the best benefit to NAR's members is the educational opportunities provided on an on-going basis. NAR has more courses provided to its members than any other organization on a national level. There are classes for the beginner practioner, classes for residential Realtors, classes for commercial Realtors and, of course, classes for the Realtors who choose to serve the international market.

NAR will conduct these courses also to KVKL according to the Finnish requirements and interest.

One of NAR’s accomplishments is the largest real estate library in the world. NAR’s library is located in Chicago and it is always available to its members at no cost.

NAR employs hundreds of experts. One of the these experts is Chief Economist of NAR, Mr Lawrence Yun. Mr Yun has done an impressive job over the years advising NAR's members of what is happening locally, nationally and internationally.
